"My best friend and I went to a few dealers in hopes to find 1 waverunner and they were not up to our expectations as customer service friendly or willing to make us the best deal for the money. Well guess what! I bought 2 New 2008 Yamaha VX Cruiser from SHY. They had the best deals around and found us the best deal and basically got us 2 for the price of 1 that we were was trying to get. (yes the one was 2010 but who cares if nothing has changes on them and there BRAN NEW 2008 out of the crate, ok they added a step) There customer severice was OUTSTANDING! It was 4th of July weekend and they went the EXTRA mile to help us out. TIM the manager went out of his way to get things done. RUSS the salesman was on top of everything and explained everything to us with out the hard pressure sales DARIN the service tech did everything possiabe to get us on the water for the 4th. Its been a long time since weve seen this kind of TEAM WORK from 3 different department work SO WELL together and REALLY felt that they had the customers best intrest FIRST, not just make a sale. We can not say enough about TIM, RUSS and DARIN. Thanks sooooo very much guys! We will be sure to let everyone know wherever we are, be it on the water or on the road that your the guys to go too. "Stockton Honda Yamaha has been great to me and all fo my friends I have sent in to purchase parts and gear. They have stayed open late just letting me talk or buy parts. They are very friendly. My little winnie dog comes in the shop to see the employes. She barks everytime she comes in. She goes in the office to see the ladies and they feed her a snack every time. Then she runs back to see Nita in parts, my dog barks like crazy at her until she picks her up . I can go on all day about the great service I get.
